Belgian law shall in principle apply to this privacy policy and the processing of personal data. All disputes are preferably resolved amicably. If this proves impossible, all disputes arising from this privacy policy and the processing of personal data shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the district where Ella Ella Holiday Home has its place of business, where permitted under applicable law.
